Our intimate 60 seat bar comes with a unique feature! Customers are able to enjoy their favourite drink whilst seeing our working micro-distillery via large glass windows inside the bar.

The bar itself has a feel of times gone by, with more than a nod to Art Deco whilst incorporating some the original features of the historic building, including the use of some of the original ironwork that now fronts the bar.

Booths

Alongside the main bar are two large inside ‘booths’ seating up to 20 people in each - you are welcome to take a table here should you prefer, expect lots of natural light as you’re next to the three large glass windows, with a view of the outside area on one side and our distillery and bar on the other - not a bad spot for a lovely glass of something whilst watching the world go by.

Outside area

We have outside seating for 30 for you to enjoy a glass or two in the sunshine and see the new refurbished gardens of Osnabruck Square. 

Just outside of the glass entrance you will see the green tables and chairs - this is the outside area for drinks from The Spirit Run. 

Drinks

Being a bar set within a distillery; expect a spirits-led offering, with lots of lovely cocktails - the classics of course, as well as ‘Signature’ cocktails from our experienced bar team.

Our in-house spirits will be available alongside lots of other quality spirits, Whisky-lovers have plenty of bottles to explore, and a short but interesting wine list continues the theme of 'drinks discovery' with lovely wines from classic regions alongside lesser known producers.

Food

We have teamed up with SHIO, a Japanese & Korean-inspired restaurant in Nottingham & Derby Market Hall - their kitchen & grill is next door to our distillery & bar & we have come up with a special ‘small plates’ menu that is ordered at our bar and served directly to your table. 

We are also serving Dutch pancake desserts (some paired to specific cocktails) from another popular Market Hall food vendor; Cheeky Pancakes.
