We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to transform the historic former poultry & fish market building into our ‘spiritual home’ so-to-speak! 

It now houses one of only a handful of British designed & built, copper stills from which will produce our own range of gin & rum, as well as small batch spirits projects for other businesses.

The Uncommon Thread London Dry Gin was the first product we ever made at our old distillery, and we will expand this premium range of spirits at our shiny new distillery! The first of these new products looks very likely to be a Derbyshire Raspberry & Orange Gin.

From September 2025 we will also be offering customers a chance to learn more about gin over a fun & informative couple of hours in our ‘Gin School’.

And if cocktails are more your thing, fear not! As we will also have cocktail experiences available for you to enjoy to.
